Atlantic Coast Surety was originally established in 1992 by two of the largest transportation insurance agencies (The Capacity Group and P.A. Post Agency) both with main headquarters located in Northern NJ to handle their specialty surety bond needs. After much success, in 1997 they decided to bring in leadership with a broader knowledge of the surety world to run their agency. 20+ years later, ACS has grown from its specialty roots to a national wholesaler that can handle most any bond regardless of nature, location or size.
ACS offers experience, coverage in all 50 states and a wide range of options to get your bonds placed efficiently and economically. We work directly with a wide range of retail agencies with a can-do attitude.
Meet The Team
Anthony has been in the industry for over 20+ years and has been successful in building strong relationships with underwriters and brokers throughout the country. Anthony is primarily responsible is working on large commercial and/or construction accounts while overseeing the daily operation of the agency.
Karen has been with the firm since 2014 and brings with her a strong administrative background from her prior 20 years in engineering and manufacturing. Karen is responsible for the agency’s program business (Condo Associations, Wireless Cell Phone) as well as subdivisions / site plans.
Anna has been with firm since 2017 and brings with her over 10 years of administrative background / customer service while working for a law firm.
Anna is primarily responsible for the processing of all bids, performance and payments for our transportation accounts, as well as small construction clients.
Kimberly has been with the firm since 2020 and comes to us with 4 years of surety experience from a small agency out of New Jersey, specializing specifically in contract surety. She handles our book of small to med size contract business, as well as renewals.
